The GREEN SHOOTS project aims to support green skills acquisition in the VET sector. We aim to empower VET trainers and educators with the tools and knowledge necessary for the green economy through digital resources and immersive pedagogy. Through the GREEN SHOOTS Competence Profiles for Green Carers, the GREEN SHOOTS eLearning Course, and the CPD Programme for VET; the GREEN SHOOTS project aims to effectively train this VET professionals through sustainable stategies. We believe in planting the seeds of knowledge today to cultivate a sustainable tomorrow.
The GREEN SHOOTS Competence Profiles project provide a comprehensive framework outlining the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for success in innovative and growth-oriented green professions. These profiles are designed to guide VET professionals in facilitating learning and to equip VET learners with the necessary competencies to thrive in emerging green industries.
A dynamic and interactive learning experience hosted on an eLearning Platform, focused on green technical and soft skills development. Through gamification, virtual reality, and simulation-based learning, this eLearning course prepares learners for success in the green job market. It offers engaging courses with practical materials and ongoing support. Explore career simulators and interactive infographics to enhance skills for a sustainable future.
This training programme for VET professionals is a tailored programme aimed at enhancing educators' pedagogic competences in the green economy. The CPD Training aims to equip VET trainers with the digital skills and teaching practices necessary to deliver high-quality education in green technical and soft skills. Through a blend of face-to-face instruction, workshops, and self-directed learning, VET professionals will be prepared to support learners in building successful careers in the evolving green job market.
